I have no ties to the Russian government. This was me *reporting* what several of my contacts who are average Russians living in different parts of Russia think about sanctions and the war as of the date on the piece. If I changed what these people said to reflect the audience here’s preferences, then that would be propaganda. The degree to which these people’s views are the result of Russian propaganda or other factors is beyond the purview of the piece. This reporting was for informational purposes. Information is useful to report regardless of whether people like the information itself or not.
